1. What types of stationery does ArisLinen offer? We offer a wide variety of premium stationery, including:

  • Greeting cards & gift sets
  • Bullet journaling supplies & accessories

2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Opened notebooks, pens, or used stationery are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Is your stationery fountain pen friendly / high quality? Yes! Many of our notebooks use thick, high-GSM paper (100–120gsm) that minimizes bleed-through and ghosting, making them suitable for fountain pens, gel pens, and markers. We focus on smooth writing experience and premium feel.

7. How do I care for my stationery?

  • Store notebooks and paper in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Pens: Keep capped when not in use.
  • Washi tape & stickers: Store flat to prevent curling. Specific care instructions are included with each product.
